These terms apply to everyone who uses teosit.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the site is for

teosit.com presents our services, our work and our writing, and lets you get in touch. You may browse, read and share links to it for any lawful purpose.

You may not:

• use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms others,
• try to get unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it,
• send spam, malware or automated mass requests through the contact form,
• copy the site's content in bulk or present it as your own.

Nothing here is a binding offer

Descriptions of services, timelines and prices on the site, including any figures in blog posts, are general information to help you plan. They are not an offer. Every project starts with a conversation and is covered by a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, price, deadlines, ownership of the work and responsibilities of both sides. If that agreement and these terms ever differ, the agreement applies.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, graphics, logo and code of this site belong to TEOS IT or are used under licence. You may quote short parts with a link to the source. For anything more, ask us first.

Projects shown in case studies are presented with our clients' permission. Client names, logos, apps and screenshots belong to their owners and are shown only to describe our work. Rights to work we do for clients are governed by our agreements with them.

Blog posts

Blog posts share our experience and opinions. They are not legal, financial or tax advice, and they may become outdated as tools, prices and store rules change. Check the current rules before making decisions based on them.

Contact form

When you send us a message, please share only what's needed to describe your project and avoid confidential information until we've agreed otherwise; we're happy to sign an NDA first. How we handle what you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Links to other websites

The site links to other websites, such as app stores, LinkedIn or our clients' products. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We may change, pause or remove parts of it at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, TEOS IT is not liable for any indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intentional harm or gross negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute related to the site will be handled by the competent court in Novi Sad, unless mandatory consumer protection rules give you the right to go to a court where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, which applies from the moment it's published.
