What personal data we collect through this website, why, who helps us process it and what your rights are.

Last updated:

This policy explains how TEOS IT handles personal data collected through teosit.com. We keep it short and specific: we only collect what we need to answer you and to understand how the site is used, and analytics or marketing tools run only if you allow them.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is Petro Arva PR Računarsko programiranje TEOS IT Novi Sad, Novi Sad, Serbia, tax ID (PIB) 115256321, registration number (MB) 68222052.

For anything related to your data, write to office@teosit.com. You'll get an answer from a person, usually within a few business days and at the latest within 30 days.

What we collect and why

When you contact us

If you send the contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to share: your name, email address, company, budget range, the services you're interested in, your message and the language version of the site you used.

We use this only to reply to you and to discuss a possible project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries. Please don't send confidential details through the form; we're happy to sign an NDA first.

Analytics, with your consent

If you allow analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited, how visitors find the site and which device and browser they use. Google Analytics doesn't store full IP addresses. We don't use it for advertising and we don't combine it with data from the contact form.

The legal basis is your consent. Without it, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.

Marketing, with your consent

If you allow marketing cookies, we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure the results of our LinkedIn ads and to show ads to people who visited the site. LinkedIn may link the visit to your LinkedIn account on its side; we only see aggregated reports, such as job titles or industries of visitors, never individual profiles.

The legal basis is your consent. Without it, the LinkedIn tag is not loaded at all.

Technical data

When you open any website, your browser sends technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Our hosting provider processes this data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and keeps it only for a short time. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Only the first item below is always on. Everything else is set only after you allow its category, and you can change your choice at any time in (also linked in the footer).

Who processes data for us

We use a few trusted providers. They process data only to provide their services to us, under their data protection terms:

  • Vercel Inc. hosts the website.
  • Resend delivers messages from the contact form to our inbox.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. manages our domain and forwards email sent to our address.
  • Google provides our email inbox and, with your consent, Google Analytics.
  • LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, with your consent, provides the Insight Tag.

Some of these companies are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside Serbia and the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

We never sell personal data and don't share it with anyone else, unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

  • Inquiries that don't lead to a project: up to 24 months after our last conversation, then deleted.
  • Client correspondence and documents: for the duration of the cooperation and afterwards as long as accounting and tax laws require.
  • Analytics data: 14 months in Google Analytics.
  • Cookies: as listed in the table above, or until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy,
  • have inaccurate data corrected,
  • have your data deleted,
  • restrict or object to processing,
  • receive your data in a portable format,
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing done before.

To use any of these rights, email office@teosit.com. You can also file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in Serbia, or with the data protection authority in your EU country.

Security

We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to the people who need it and providers that meet recognised security standards. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures and will inform you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires it.

Children

This website is intended for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 15.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be clearly noted here.

Cookies, briefly

With your permission we use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure our LinkedIn ads. Nothing runs until you choose. Privacy Policy
